Oysters
Raw/live medium to large choice oysters. We carry a variety of Oysters from PEI, New Brunswick & Nova Scotia.
Wild Jumbo Shrimp
Our flash frozen wild caught jumbo shrimp come raw in 1 lb bags, fully cleaned tail off and peeled. They are 16/20 count per pound.
Atlantic Salmon
We sell our salmon by the full side which are around 3.5 lbs each or you can buy an individual fillet.
King Crab
Our King Crab is pre-cooked and flash froze so you just steam it in an inch of water for 5-6 minutes until hot or just simply let it thaw and eat cold. It’s big crab with legs weighing between 0.85 lb – 1.2 lb each.
Lobster Meat
1 lb bags of top-quality tail, claw & knuckle lobster meat. Each bag contains equivalent of 4 market sized lobsters. Just thaw and eat.
Smoked Mackerel
1 lb bags of flash frozen smoked mackerel, skin on the back.
Breaded Bar Clams
1 lb bags of flash frozen battered bar clams.
Halibut Cheeks
1 lb bags of flash frozen halibut cheeks.
Lobster Tails
5/6 oz raw, flash frozen lobster tails.
Cod Cheeks
1 lb bags of flash frozen cod cheeks.
Cod Tongues
1 lb bags of flash frozen cod tongues.
Halibut Steaks
Our flash frozen halibut steaks range from 0.75 – 1.20 lb in size each.
Fish Cakes
Our fish cakes are made with PEI potatoes, salt cod, egg and onion. They come frozen in a pack of 6 and are the size of a hockey puck.
Lobster Roll
1/4 lb of Top Quality Tail, Claw & Knuckle (TCK) Lobster Meat chunked up and mixed with our special mayo mix and some light seasoning stuffed into an 8.5″ fresh baked New England style Brioche bun with a side of potato chips. The rolls are served cold, traditional to PEI style. We do not have the option to toast them and they are served as takeout only (no sit down). These are only served at our storefronts in Nisku & West Edmonton and are $25 each.
Smoked Salmon
Available flavors are lemon pepper, roasted garlic, Canadian maple and cajun. They come in 1 lb bags.
PEI Mussels
Available in 2.5 lb or 5 lb bags, they are live/raw.
Ocean Cooked Lobsters
1.25 lb fresh ocean cooked lobsters. We get our lobsters from where ever they are currently being fished on the East Coast.
Live Lobsters
We bring in live lobsters on pre-order/pre-payment, 10 lb minimum order, any size available. Please contact us to order.
Scallops
1 lb bags of flash frozen Digby, NS scallops, 10/20 count.
Snow Crab Legs
10-12 oz snow crab clusters. Ocean cooked and flash frozen, ready to eat once thawed. Steam quickly until hot, also great cold dipped in hot butter.
Swordfish
6-10 oz flash frozen steaks.
Yellowfin Tuna
6-10 oz steaks, sushi grade.
Fresh Cod
Fresh cod fillets are flown in weekly to our Nisku & West Edmonton stores. We usually have great frozen at sea IQF cod in-store and onboard the mobile units as well.
Snow Crab Meat
1lb bags of flash frozen ocean cooked snow crab meat. 100% leg meat.
Fresh Haddock
Fresh haddock fillets are flown in weekly to our Nisku & West Edmonton stores. We usually have great frozen at sea IQF haddock in-store and onboard the mobile units as well.
