Step 1.
Have your fundraiser coordinator (or the person managing the campaign) kick things off by clicking the Start Your Campaign button below and completing the registration form – it only takes 5 minutes! Once submitted, our team will review the application and get back to you in no time.
Step 2.
After campaign approval, our system automatically creates a profile for your organization. Your fundraiser coordinator will receive a welcome email with setup instructions and login credentials. They can quickly add all sellers using a downloadable Excel template or manually.
Once sellers are added, each one automatically receives a welcome email with their unique selling link, ready for them to start sharing with customers via text, email, or social media. These links lead to our dedicated online fundraising store, where every sale is tracked in real time. This allows your fundraiser coordinator full access to monitor and manage each seller’s progress as well as the overall team’s performance, ensuring everything stays organized and transparent.
Step 3.
When your fundraising campaign concludes, we handle the heavy lifting! Every order is carefully boxed and labeled by seller, customer, and order number to ensure a seamless pickup experience. On your scheduled pickup date, simply visit the storefront you selected during signup to collect all team orders, perfectly organized and ready for customer distribution.
Would you prefer not to handle the seafood at all? No problem! Your customers can pick up their orders directly from one of our storefronts. Alternatively, we can deliver all orders to your organization’s location for safe and secure transport. Please note that these options depend on availability at the time of signup.
